Responsibilities

  • Work within an engagement team and support overall project goals and objectives.
  • Interact with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
  • Handle Oracle Payroll functional day‑to‑day incidents, requests, and enhancements for US and Mexico payroll.
  • Share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant with limited travel demands.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ Oracle Cloud Payroll experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% on average, based on work, clients, and industries served.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
  • Capable of operating independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
