Oracle Fusion Reports Developer

About the role

As an Oracle Fusion Reports Developer, you will leverage your strong technical background and knowledge to support enterprise reporting and analytics efforts. This includes creating BI Publisher templates, implementing and documenting required data models, and completing reporting tasks and actions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily operational reporting requests generated by business users across the finance and HR departments.
• Leverage pre-built data models to construct tactical OTBI dashboards and specialized analytics.
• Modify existing BI Publisher templates and custom layout frameworks to align with stakeholder requirements.
• Format various output types including PDF, Excel, and CSV to meet specific departmental reporting needs.
• Interact directly with end-users to iteratively refine report parameters, data definitions, and filter logic.
• Apply appropriate data format masks for currency, numeric values, and complex timestamp records.
• Ensure data-level security appropriately restricts users from viewing sensitive financial or PII data outside of their authorized corporate clearance levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise reports development.
• Significant experience navigating Oracle Fusion Cloud environments and developing transactional reporting components.
• Significant experience meeting corporate data requirements, especially creating OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher templates.
• Experience working across a large team to drive a technical data agenda and working with complex, intertwined data flows.
• Experience inventorying complex databases and utilizing system models for financial and HR data domains.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical report documentation, particularly format masks and data security rules.
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Analytics or BI Publisher specialized application developer certification.
• Experience with the Sponsor’s primary reporting security, identity management, and compliance automation tools.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
