Oracle Fusion Project Manager

About the role

This role sits in the suburbs in Chicago. Please only apply if you live in the area and have Oracle EBS to Fusion PM experience.

We have an existing client undergoing a major enterprise technology transition migrating its back office applications from legacy on-prem Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. This is a heavy HCM focused project. This client is looking to centralize workforce data (over 20K employees) to improve leave and benefits synchronization and data validation (FMLA, health and retirement). They track their purchase orders through Oracle and moving to Fusion helps streamline that process further as well as manage large streams of operational data.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Oracle EBS to Fusion HCM migration
• Drive stakeholder management across large-scale HCM transformations
• Coordinate data migration and validation for workforce records (20K+ employees)
• Oversee leave and benefits synchronization (FMLA, health and retirement)
• Streamline purchase order tracking and operational data management in Fusion

Requirements

• 6–10 years of project management experience
• 1–2 projects managing an Oracle EBS to Fusion HCM environment
• Experience driving large-scale projects and managing stakeholders
• HCM / human capital management experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75.00 – $100.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
