Oracle Fusion Field Service Implementation Director

Responsibilities

Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Field Service solutions to optimize client operations
Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment across the PwC Network
Translating strategic vision into actionable plans that inspire and guide client engagements
Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
Developing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Oversight of multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to uphold PwC's reputation
Utilizing Oracle's suite of applications to manage the customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization
Collaborating with business leaders to address client needs and deliver tailored software solutions
Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle applications and frameworks

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Computer and Information Science
Proficiency in Oracle Field Services Cloud (OFSC)
Strategic mindset to drive business growth
Experience leading client engagements with a focus on Oracle CX
Promotion of technological advances in Oracle solutions
Cultivation of potential through mentoring and leadership
Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies

Qualifications

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
