Oracle Fusion Field Service Implementation Director

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Field Service solutions to optimize client operations
• Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
• Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment across the PwC Network
• Translating strategic vision into actionable plans that inspire and guide client engagements
• Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
• Developing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to uphold PwC's reputation
• Utilizing Oracle's suite of applications to manage the customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization
• Collaborating with business leaders to address client needs and deliver tailored software solutions
• Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle applications and frameworks

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Computer and Information Science
• Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle Field Services Cloud (OFSC)
• Strategic mindset to drive business growth
• Experience leading client engagements with a focus on Oracle CX
• Promotion of technological advances in Oracle solutions
• Cultivating potential through mentoring and leadership
• Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
