Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Field Service solutions to optimize client operations
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
- Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment across the PwC Network
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans that inspire and guide client engagements
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to uphold PwC's reputation
- Utilizing Oracle's suite of applications to manage the customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization
- Collaborating with business leaders to address client needs and deliver tailored software solutions
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle applications and frameworks
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle Field Services Cloud (OFSC)
- Strategic mindset to drive business growth
- Experience leading client engagements with a focus on Oracle CX
- Promotion of technological advances in Oracle solutions
- Cultivating potential through mentoring and leadership
- Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
