Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end finance process support
- Month-end close activities
- Troubleshooting
- Direct engagement with business stakeholders (Finance Controllers, Accounting teams)
- Work with Finance Controllers, Accounting teams, and business stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design discussions
- Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP functional solutions
- Provide advisory support on finance best practices and process optimization
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Facilitate: Journal entry validation and posting
- Reconciliations (GL vs subledger)
- Intercompany transactions
- Accruals and adjustments
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and close cycle execution
- Financial reports (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- Subledger reconciliation reports
- Custom and standard reports using BI Publisher / OTBI / Oracle reporting tools
Pay
$135,000 - $150,000 a year
