Position Overview

The client is seeking a highly capable Oracle EBS 12.2.15 Techno-Functional Consultant to support their Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. This role requires a professional who can work directly with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements, evaluate solution options, and deliver practical outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Job Duties

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options
• Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design
• Prepare and review functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows
• Support testing, issue resolution, and user validation activities
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15 (7 Years)
• Solid understanding of Contract, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification processes (5 Years)
• SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation (7 Years)
• Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation (5 Years)
• Proficiency in tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools (5 Years)
• Ability to provide solutions rather than just execute tasks (7 Years)
