Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of the ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Team Contribution

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus; ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation; a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks; a passion for design and hands‑on coding experience; a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in two green‑field implementations in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Inventory Cloud and Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
• Experience in architecture/design/detailing of processes and problem definition.
• Experience to work on PoC ideation, creation, and demonstration to client.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages.
• Experience working in projects with Agile methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project locations. Compensation

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in Everett, WA is $80,201 to $117,128.
