About the role

Work closely with the business analyst to understand the business requirements around tax management, AR Invoice generation and Payment Application. Create functional design document for each RICE objects based on the above business requirement. Update BR100 and create functional setups as required. Help the developer understand the functional design document so that the customizations are built as per the requirements. Document the test cases, execute the tests and report out the test results. Help the business with UAT testing, Golive/Hypercare support.

Responsibilities

• Create functional design documents for AR, Tax, Payment Processor, Credit Management based on business requirements.
• Update BR100 and create functional setups as required.
• Help developers understand the functional design documents to ensure customizations meet requirements.
• Document test cases, execute tests, and report test results.
• Support UAT testing and provide Golive/Hypercare support.

Requirements

• Strong implementation experiences in O2C projects with focus on AR, Tax, Payment Processor, Credit Management.
• Strong focus on AR Invoice Generation from OM, Invoice Grouping, Payment Term simplification, Discount/Offers, tax rules.
• Project deployment experiences including data conversion, user acceptance testing, user training, cutover and post go-live support.
• Systematic thinking and ability to propose optional solutions based on business requirements and market best practices.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• Documentation and business requirement analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with the team.
