Oracle ERP Testing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Test Management professional with 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs. This role involves leading end-to-end testing activities, ensuring data integrity, and validating critical business processes for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Parallel Testing.
• Design, execute, and govern parallel testing cycles between legacy and target ERP systems.
• Develop reconciliation frameworks to compare system outputs, identify variances, and ensure data integrity.
• Validate payroll calculations, financial transactions, and business-critical processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Establish testing governance frameworks, quality gates, and standardized testing processes across enterprise programs.
• Define and enforce testing entry/exit criteria, readiness assessments, and quality assurance standards.
• Manage cross-functional testing efforts involving multiple workstreams, integrations, and complex data flows.
• Assess testing risks, track issue resolution, and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver go/no-go recommendations based on testing results, business readiness, and overall project risk assessments.
• Coordinate and communicate with business, functional, and technical teams during ERP transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Test Management supporting large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs.
• Proven expertise in ERP testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
