Oracle ERP Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for a long-term enterprise transformation program within the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
• Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and successful delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of business users, functional consultants, technical resources, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors
• Drive complex programs from requirements through deployment and stabilization
• Communicate effectively with executives
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms, business process transformation, system integration, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and production cutover planning is highly desirable

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of business users, functional consultants, technical resources, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors
• Strong executive communication skills
• Project governance experience
• The ability to drive complex programs from requirements through deployment and stabilization

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms, business process transformation, system integration, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and production cutover planning
• PMP certification and consulting experience are a plus
