Oracle ERP Project Manager

About the role

Lead a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, coordinating business, IT, functional, technical, and system integrator teams. This role owns project governance, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and cross-functional delivery through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives.
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and external system integrators.
• Own project budget, scope, timeline, resource planning, and delivery.
• Establish and manage project milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and go-live schedules.
• Track and control project budgets and manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and develop mitigation/contingency plans.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and cross-functional communication.
• Use modern PPM/project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to monitor execution and delivery.
• Ensure successful coordination and delivery across multiple departments through go-live.

Required Experience

• Strong experience managing Oracle ERP implementations/migrations.
• Proven track record of Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of both IT and business workstreams.
• Experience working with functional domain leads, technical teams, and System Integrators (SIs).
• Strong skills in project governance, budget management, risk management, resource planning, and change control.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar PPM tools.
