About the role

As an Oracle ERP Delivery Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Oracle Operate team, you will lead assigned Oracle ERP workstreams or service areas across transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and enhancements. You will coordinate day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected applications, manage client relationships, and execute delivery governance including status reporting, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, risk management, and quality management. You will also support staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through automation, analytics, and Generative AI. Additionally, you will assist with proposals, solution sizing, operating model development, client presentations, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned Oracle ERP workstreams or service areas across transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and enhancements
  • Coordinate day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected applications, including service requests, incidents, issues, and enhancements
  • Manage client relationships for assigned delivery areas and communicate status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to client and engagement leadership
  • Execute delivery governance, including status reporting, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, action tracking, risk management, escalation management, and quality management
  • Support staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination for assigned delivery areas
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through automation, analytics, and Generative AI
  • Support proposals, solution sizing, operating model development, and client presentations
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience delivering, operating, or supporting Oracle ERP solutions, including 3+ years in managed services, application support, or ERP operations
  • Experience managing Oracle ERP and at least one connected application or technology, such as tax, payroll, banking, procurement, customer relationship management, reporting, analytics, data integration, or workflow platforms
  • Experience managing at least three service delivery areas, such as governance, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, staffing, financial tracking, schedules, risks, dependencies, escalations, or executive reporting
  • 3+ years of experience leading client-facing workstreams or cross-functional teams, including experience supporting transition, stabilization, or steady-state operations
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Oracle certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Scaled Agile certification
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Experience supporting end-to-end service transitions, global delivery centers, or geographically distributed teams
  • Experience supporting proposals, operating model design, key performance indicator/service-level agreement management, automation, analytics, or artificial intelligence initiatives

Pay

The wage range for this role is approximately $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
