Oracle EPM - Senior Associate
About the role
A career in our Enterprise Performance Management team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Help clients reduce costs and cycle times while providing game-changing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern planning and reporting applications.
- Create a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern consolidation, account reconciliation and data management applications.

Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years with advisory client facing Oracle EPM Consulting experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, CPA
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in various areas of Oracle EPM, including budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, financial master data management, and account reconciliations.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
