About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead enterprise Finance Transformation initiatives for a major client.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle EPM and Workday projects, ERP transformation programs, and cross-functional finance technology initiatives.
• Lead large cross-functional projects and portfolios.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, budgeting, and planning processes are adhered to.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) experience.
• Hands-on Workday Financials/Workday implementation experience.
• Finance Transformation and ERP Transformation experience.
• Accounting or Finance domain background.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong governance, risk management, budgeting, and project planning experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Hyperion / Oracle Planning.
• Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Anaplan.
• PMP Certification.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Agile methodology.
• Aviation industry experience (preferred).
