Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle EPM engagements that support finance transformation initiatives across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle EPM solution designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployment activities
- Managing project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple phases of implementation and optimization efforts
- Advising clients on finance process improvement opportunities enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights
- Coaching junior team members while supporting quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation
- 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM applications
- 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud applications including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, or Enterprise Data Management
- Experience with at least 1 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with enterprise resource planning, data management, or reporting platforms
- Experience supporting finance planning, forecasting, consolidation, or management reporting processes
- Oracle certification preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
