Oracle EPM Manager

Job Description:Our client is seeking a Oracle EPM Manager to join their team. As a Oracle EPM Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of Reynolds Consumer Products financial systems and applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross functional supporting programs.You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!Provide thought leadership on best practices / emerging technologies for Finance functions.Support, plan, execute and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources.Accountable for the design and support of ORACLE EPM ApplicationsIdentify and implement AI-enabled capabilities within ORACLE EPM applications to improve forecasting, planning, reporting automation, data validation, and decision support while ensuring appropriate governance, security, and business adoption.Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budgetRecommend technology solutions with specialization in Financial Planning & Analysis and Consolidations, including the various technologies and analytical tools to support the finance organizationAccountable for the design and governance of FP&A technology.Develop and deploy new processes and system configurationManage relationships with stakeholders across the Finance organizationSupport business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integration.Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers.Provide additional support on the Finance workstream for current SAP S/4 migrationIn this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address problems and ensure quality solutions ultimately influencing individuals within and outside the IT department and making a significant impact on our business.You Will Love It Here If…You pay great attention to detail but can still see the big pictureYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou are an expert problem-solverQualifications:Education:BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related fieldExperience:6+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of ORACLE EPM Applications (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM)Led business analytics & reporting solution build and deliveryCPG/Manufacturing experience (consulting or industry)IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live.Extensive experience managing projects with cross functional teamsIcing on the cake:SAP S4 FICO experience Salary/Rate: $75-$90/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week. Salary: $111,000 - USD $160,950 (depends on experience level) + benefits.
