Oracle EPM FCCS specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD initiatives.
• Work on end-to-end Oracle EPM Essbase/FCCS implementations.
• Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Configure and support Essbase analytics and FCCS applications.
• Integrate PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Independently write business rules.
• Implement custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Handle UAT, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
• Work on integrations and automations.
• Communicate directly with clients and conduct demonstrations.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD.
• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle EPM Essbase/FCCS implementations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Essbase analytics and FCCS applications.
• Experience with the integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Ability to independently write business rules.
• Experience implementing custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Ability to handle UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Ability to work on integrations and automations.
• Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications, including B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent.
• Finance functional knowledge.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and conduct demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Groovy scripting and process automations.
