Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Order Management Consultant

Position: Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Order Management Consultant Location: Itasca, IL - Remote with travel required on an as-needed basis Experience: 10+ Years Rate: $70/hr C2C or $60/hr W2 Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Order Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules along with excellent stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing.Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design workshops.Configure workflows, approvals, and setups for procurement and order fulfillment.Support data migration, integrations, and reconciliation across SCM and Financial modules.Develop and execute unit, system, and UAT test plans.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.Create training materials and conduct end-user training.Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and interfaces. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM.Strong expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Advanced Pricing.Strong understanding of procurement, demand planning, and order fulfillment processes.At least 2 full-cycle implementations or major upgrades.Experience with MD050, BR100, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.Knowledge of Multi-Org structures, setups, and reporting.PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and integration experience is a plus.Oracle SCM certification is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
