We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Order Management Functional Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management and related Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Shipping, and Order Management, along with proven experience leading complex Oracle implementations and business process transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving functional solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management across the Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management solutions. Provide strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Order Management, and Shipping. Lead end-to-end Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Demonstrate experience leading at least three full-cycle Oracle Order Management or Advanced Pricing implementations. Lead and facilitate CRP, SIT, UAT, and other functional testing sessions, including defect triage and resolution. Develop and maintain functional deliverables using Oracle AIM methodology, including functional requirements, process documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EBS solutions. Create detailed business process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements related to customer orders, sales orders, order management, pricing, fulfillment, and data conversion. Design and support solutions for complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Support data conversion activities, including requirements gathering, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing. Provide functional leadership across integrations and business processes involving Oracle Inventory, WIP, Shipping, Finance/Receivables, ASCP, and WMS. Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, extensions, workflows, APIs, conversions, and customizations. Participate in solution reviews, gap analysis, configuration reviews, and functional walkthroughs. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Oracle best practices to improve operational efficiency. Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex business problems. Mentor junior functional consultants and provide guidance on Oracle Order Management best practices. Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS R12, with significant experience in Oracle Order Management. Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle Order Management Oracle Advanced Pricing Oracle Quoting Oracle Shipping Proven experience leading 3+ Oracle Order Management or Advanced Pricing implementations. Minimum 5 years of experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT activities. Strong understanding and practical experience with Oracle AIM methodology and functional documentation standards. Experience preparing:Business process flows Functional requirements/specifications Configuration documents Test scripts and test scenarios Data conversion requirements and mapping documents Strong knowledge of customer order and sales order management processes. Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes.
