Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Functional Lead - Cleveland, OH (ONSITE) - W2 Only

About the role

Location: Cleveland, OH (ONSITE). Duration: Long Term W2 Only. Work authorization: Any work authorization can apply. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience required: 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related modules.
• Analyze business requirements and design practical Oracle solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping.
• Lead Oracle implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process reviews.
• Prepare current-state and future-state business process documentation.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Support sales order, customer order, pricing, shipping, and order conversion activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical development teams.
• Support data conversion and migration activities related to Oracle Order Management.
• Analyze business data and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders, end users, IT teams, and leadership.
• Mentor team members and help establish Oracle best practices.
• Explain Oracle functionality and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping.
• Experience with Oracle Configurator is preferred.
• Experience leading at least three Oracle Order Management or Advanced Pricing implementations.
• At least five years of experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
• Experience with Oracle AIM methodology and functional documentation.
• Ability to prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and configuration documents.
• Experience with customer order, sales order, and data conversion requirements.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Cross-functional knowledge of Oracle Inventory, WIP, Shipping, Finance, ASCP, and WMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
