Oracle EBS R12 O2C Techno Functional Consultant :: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Oracle EBS R12 Order-to-Cash applications.
• Support Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues involving order creation, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, invoicing, and related O2C processes.
• Participate in merger and acquisition projects involving the integration of new businesses into the existing Oracle EBS environment.
• Gather and document business requirements by working directly with business users, process owners, and stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and validate required setups across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Warehouse Management.
• Lead functional activities for master and transactional data conversions.
• Define data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and conversion requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents and work closely with technical teams on extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production-readiness activities.
• Develop test scripts, coordinate business testing, track defects, and obtain business sign-off.
• Troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces involving Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Use SQL and PL/SQL to analyze data, validate transactions, identify root causes, and support interface troubleshooting.
• Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-production activities.
• Provide user training, functional documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Cookordination with business, technical, integration, infrastructure, and support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management.
• Strong experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Warehouse Management System.
• Strong understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Experience providing day-to-day Oracle EBS production support.
• Experience configuring Oracle EBS OM, Advanced Pricing, and WMS setups.
• Experience supporting merger, acquisition, business integration, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong experience leading data-conversion activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, interfaces, concurrent programs, data issues, and transaction-processing failures.
• Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documents.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
