Work you'll do
As a Manager at Deloitte, you will lead an onshore functional team in delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. You will demonstrate Oracle Field Service expertise and serve as a primary client contact to facilitate requirement gathering/clarifications, build personas and process flows, guide backlog grooming, solution designs, and articulate business during sprint demo/feature demos.
Qualifications
- Required: 8+ years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with a minimum of 6 years relevant consulting in Oracle Field Service operations.
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with cloud transformation, application modernization, or platform implementation programs.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum certification.
