Oracle CPQ - Senior Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a Legal & Accounting environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ initiatives for digital transformation and subscription models
• Guide teams in implementing Oracle solutions for enhanced operations
• Utilize Oracle CPQ Cloud for streamlining pricing and product strategies
• Build client trust through open and candid communication
• Navigate complexities of cross-border team projects for cohesive outcomes
• Develop revenue management strategies using Zuora Revenue and Oracle products
• Promote customer experience excellence in client interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred in relevant fields
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation and business operations
• Advanced skills in Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Product Data Hub
• Background in Sales Technology and Oracle Customer Experience (CX) solutions
• Experience navigating complex, cross-border team dynamics

Pay

$124,000 – $280,000 annually
