About the role
This role is responsible for providing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Costing Consulting services remotely, with occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud implementations and assessments, focusing on Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Work Centers, Resources, Shop Floor Control, and Manufacturing Costing.
- Evaluate and implement custom PL/SQL and concurrent programs within Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle Fusion Product Hub and Oracle Agile PLM Cloud solutions, including Item Master, BOM, Design to Release, ECR/ECO, Supplier Collaboration, and Product Quality Management.
- Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Costing for manufacturing, including Standard Cost rollup, Work Order cost reviews, Manufacturing variances, Overhead Accounting Rules, and Manufacturing Subledger Accounting.
- Guide clients through Oracle Fusion Configure-to-Order (CTO) flows, script Groovy for attribute-driven configurations, and manage parent-child order frameworks in manufacturing contexts.
- Facilitate Oracle Unified Method (OUM) processes and prepare executive-level presentations using MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Manage full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud implementations, including CRP facilitation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, with at least one experience in migrating from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of Oracle Manufacturing functional consulting experience, with at least 3–4 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud implementations or assessments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud modules such as Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Work Centers, Resources, Shop Floor Control, and Manufacturing Costing.
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules like WIP, BOM, Routings, Oracle Configurator (CTO/ATO/PTO), ASCP, Quality, and Cost Management.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Product Hub (Item Master, BOM) and Oracle Agile PLM Cloud (Design to Release, ECR/ECO, Supplier Collaboration, Product Quality Management).
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Costing for manufacturing, including Standard Cost rollup, Work Order cost reviews, Manufacturing variances, Overhead Accounting Rules, and Manufacturing Subledger Accounting.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Configure-to-Order (CTO) flows, Groovy scripting for attribute-driven configurations, and parent-child order frameworks in manufacturing contexts.
- Proficiency in Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and strong skills in MS Visio (L2/L3 process mapping), MS Excel (RICEFW catalog), and MS PowerPoint (executive deliverables).
- Minimum 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud implementations, including CRP facilitation and UAT support, with at least one EBS-to-Fusion migration engagement.
