Job Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs focused on Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical Oversight: Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management. Guide technical design, configuration, and integration strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to all levels of the organization.
- Project Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and manage program budgets.
- Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that optimize procurement cycles and inventory control.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, guiding cross-functional teams (including developers, analysts, and business users) to ensure successful program outcomes and user adoption.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud tools.
