Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, SCM, HCM)
- Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and interdependence across workstreams
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to business objectives
- Track milestones, risks, and issues, and provide proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate weekly status meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Solution Delivery & Functional Support
- Support development of implementation approaches and workshop materials for business and technical audiences
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs
- Document and align business processes with system capabilities
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, script development, and execution cycles
- Define post-go-live support models and coordinate transition to support teams
- Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Prepare and deliver Steering Committee presentations and executive updates
- Develop and manage program-level communications across all stakeholder groups
- Provide ad-hoc presentations and updates to business leadership as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of program/project management experience, including: Leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs
- 3+ years leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of key business processes such as: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Manufacturing / Supply Chain operations
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders
- Experience across full project lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, and deployment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and recommend future-state solutions
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to drive meetings toward decisions and outcomes
- Experience developing training materials and user documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications
- Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain or Human Capital Management modules
