What you'll do
- Provide solutions to work-related problems
- Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Schedule
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Pay
Compensation varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $70,350 to $196,000; Cleveland $59,100 to $156,800; Colorado $63,800 to $169,300; District of Columbia $68,000 to $180,300; Illinois $59,100 to $169,300; Maine $54,400 to $144,300; Maryland $63,800 to $169,300; Massachusetts $63,800 to $180,300; Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300; New York $66,300 to $196,000; New Jersey $68,000 to $196,000; Virginia $59,100 to $180,300; Washington $80,200 to $180,300.
