Oracle Cloud PLM / PDH Delivery Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously.
• Extensively participate in the whole lifecycle of leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions.
• Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and industry best practices.
• Lead the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution, including both technical and functional solutions.
• Extend Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS extensions, designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrate them with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle Cloud PLM applications team.
• Maintain and enhance long-term client strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with them, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client.
• Present compelling business cases, clearly quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for PLM cloud implementations.
• Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
• Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
• Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), performing functional configuration, and managing testing of PLM solutions.
• Experience in navigating the challenges of working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects.
• Understanding of best practice product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements.
• Expert level experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle Cloud Product Development, Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub, Oracle Cloud Innovation Management, Oracle Cloud Quality Management, Oracle Cloud Project Management.
• Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
