Oracle Cloud ORC Lead

Role Overview

A career in IBM Consulting involves working with leading companies across industries to help them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys. You'll collaborate with clients worldwide to implement, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support business processes within various Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules.

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.
• Deliver support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client-expected business results are achieved.
• Create functional design documents that outline the configuration and customization of the system to meet client business requirements.
• Test processes and integrate them into the clients' business environment to ensure seamless functionality.
• Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud Configuration: Experience with implementing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules.
• Functional Design Documentation: Experience with writing functional design documents that outline system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
• OTBI Reporting: Experience with writing preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Release Processes: Exposure to release processes and regression testing in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.
• Business Process Integration: Experience with integrating business processes into clients' business environments to ensure seamless functionality.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• OTBI Advanced Reporting: Exposure to creating complex reports using OTBI to support in-depth business analysis and decision-making.
• Oracle Cloud Release Management: Experience with managing release processes and regression testing in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management to ensure smooth upgrades and updates.
• Business Process Optimization: Exposure to analyzing and optimizing business processes within Oracle HCM Talent Management Cloud to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
