Responsibilities

• Study customer requirements and map them in Oracle Cloud.
• Good hands-on implementation experience of Oracle Compensation modules.
• Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements.
• Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
• Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution.
• Debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users.
• Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goals.
• Align business in moving to more standardized processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce customizations.
• Maintain the relationship with business partners to understand the requirements, analyze, and find the apt solution.
• Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
• Suggest and improve business processes.
• Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc. for Oracle Cloud processes.
• Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
• Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud.
