Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Consultant(6101-1)

We are seeking a Senior OCI IAM Consultant with 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and cloud security solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical execution with high-level architecture expertise to lead complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across public- and private-sector environments. Core Responsibilities OCI IAM Architecture & Governance: Design and implement end-to-end OCI IAM architectures. Configure identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, and federation. Enforce least-privilege access and define strict OCI IAM policies and policy statements. Identity Lifecycle & Automation: Build and manage automated user provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, birthright provisioning, identity lifecycle processes, and directory synchronization across enterprise systems. Single Sign-On (SSO) & Federation: Implement and support secure SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML federation, and LDAP authentication. Integrate enterprise applications with centralized IAM platforms. Directory Services & Enterprise Integration: Seamlessly integrate OCI IAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP directories, and legacy or modern enterprise software. Cloud Security & Infrastructure: Secure OCI environments with high availability (HA), active-active architectures, and multi-data-center deployments. Implement OCI Web Application Firewall (WAF), OWASP-aligned protection policies, and general cloud security hardening. Containerized IAM Support: Deploy and maintain IAM platforms leveraging Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, and container-based architectures for production reliability and disaster recovery (DR). Compliance & Risk Management: Perform cloud security and IAM risk assessments, support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, evaluate residual risks, and drive remediation of findings. Technical Leadership & Operations: Lead implementation teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (infrastructure, middleware, database, and cybersecurity teams), perform advanced performance troubleshooting, and maintain technical documentation. Key Requirements & Experience Total Experience: 10+ years in enterprise identity, cloud security, and IAM architecture/implementation. Cloud Platform Expertise: Extensive hands-on OCI IAM implementation experience required. Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. Protocols & Standards: Deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and REST APIs. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency with SQL, Java, Jenkins, Ansible, and security automation tools. Web & Application Security: Solid understanding of common web application threats (SQLi, XSS) and OWASP top security risks. Preferred Qualifications OCI Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate or higher OCI certifications. Privileged Access Management (PAM): Hands-on experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions. Multi-Cloud Security: Security certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Sector Experience: Prior experience delivering large-scale enterprise deployments within public-sector or highly regulated industries.
