Oracle Cloud ICM Test Lead

About the role

As an Oracle Test Lead, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.
• Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
• Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives.
• Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle systems including Oracle Cloud Testing Automation and Oracle Cloud Integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred).

Schedule

Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Atlanta, Dallas, or Tampa.
