About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes through Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional consulting services across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle configurations and best practices
  • Configure chart of accounts, journal approvals, and subledger accounting rules for GL
  • Implement customer invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes within AR
  • Support fixed asset setups including asset books, depreciation methods, and asset retirements
  • Perform testing, training, and deployment of financial modules, ensuring seamless integration across other ERP systems
  • Advise clients on standard practices, process improvements, and reporting strategies using OTBI/BI Publisher

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience in Financials
  • Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, and FA modules — including configuration, testing, and user training
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial operations in mid-to-large scale enterprises
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems or custom financial reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials (preferred)
  • Experience with international rollouts or multi-currency implementations (a plus)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Financials

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
