About the role

Your Area Of Responsibility includes creating business requirement documents, crafting software designs, developing critical applications, guiding system implementations, analyzing incident trends, and contributing to proposal development.

Responsibilities

  • Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered during workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
  • Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
  • Develop and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and introduce new software applications, ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
  • Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to prevent future incidents, and establish monitoring protocols.
  • Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on the potential impact of new technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps based on understanding of client business needs.
  • Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to the development of software applications.

Requirements

Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR), at least 2 full life cycles of ERP (any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience, and experience with establishing an AMS model for a large program and driving its successful completion.

Experience in functional/technical leadership in ERP programs, project planning and execution, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Knowledge of end-to-end processes in Oracle Finance cloud modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA) and experience in multiple end-to-end cloud implementation programs in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA).

Client-facing communication and presentation skills, experience in leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Skills

Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment, solution evaluations and recommendations, lead RCA analysis, and drive the fixing of root causes.

Experience with defining workflows and using ServiceNow to manage production support tickets, experience with Jira and other project management tools.
