About the role

We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
• Contribute to the advancement of finance technology initiatives

• Drive ongoing improvement in project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience with at least 5 years directly involved in Oracle Cloud implementations
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 12 years of professional experience involving Oracle and/or the Finance sector

Qualifications

• 12 years of professional experience in Oracle and Finance preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in team motivation and direction
• Proven ability to develop market-differentiated Oracle solutions
• Experience improving business processes in Oracle environments
• Strong record of building and sustaining client relationships through networking
• Effective preparation and presentation of complex content
• Ability to design and implement complex business processes
• Understanding of personal and team roles for positive collaboration

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
