About the Role

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location

Required Skills and Experience

  • Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM modules
  • Implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud
  • Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM)
  • Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
  • Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them
  • Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
  • Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups
  • Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications
