Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation - Senior Manager
About the role
PwC's business application consulting specialists help clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. In Oracle enterprise performance management, you'll specialise in consulting services for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting using Oracle technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead practices in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Oversee large projects to confirm successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Innovate processes to maintain operational excellence
- Engage with clients at a senior level to drive project outcomes
- Build trust and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders
- Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
- Confirm the delivery of quality work through leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of client-facing Oracle Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance preferred
- EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, CPA certifications
- Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Rolling Forecasting, KPIs, Management Reporting, Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting, Narrative Reporting

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
