Oracle Cloud Application Lead - Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications). Education & Experience (maybe part of Qualifications? Could be separate but we can include under Qualifications or separate Education & Experience? The instruction says use headings for those specific labels; we can decide to combine Education & Experience under Qualifications or make separate Education & Experience heading? The list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Education & Experience not listed; we could incorporate into Qualifications. Skills not explicitly listed separate; we could maybe put under Qualifications or Skills. The posting includes many skill-like items; we could create a Skills section extracting skill bullet points. But we must not create sections with filler. We have specific content for skills: e.g., "Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills." etc. Could create Skills section.
Benefits: posting says "At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more." That's specific enough for Benefits section.
Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: mentions hybrid position requiring combination of on-site work in Jacksonville, FL headquarters and remote work from home. That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can create Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements line at end; we should drop that.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details.
We'll structure:

Qualifications
and include paragraphs and maybe a list for bullet-like items. The qualifications block includes many sentences; we can keep as paragraphs or break into list for readability. The instruction: use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert the qualifications into list items if they are a list. The qualifications block is a series of statements separated by periods; we can treat each as a list item. Let's do that.

We'll put those as
- .
Education & Experience: we could incorporate into Qualifications or separate. Since we already have Qualifications covering experience, we could add Education & Experience as a separate section but not in the prescribed headings list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could add others but better to stick to those. Education & Experience could be part of Qualifications. We'll keep it within Qualifications. Skills: we could extract skill-specific items from qualifications that are skill-like: e.g., "Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills." and "Ability to build consensus, guide design decisions, manage competing priorities, communicate risks clearly, and lead stakeholders through operational and system change." Also maybe "Strong incident and problem management skills". But we already have them in qualifications; we could create a Skills section to avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we move some items to Skills and remove from Qualifications, we would be summarizing away detail? Actually we would be moving, not removing; but we would be duplicating if we keep both. Better to keep all qualifications in Qualifications and not create a Skills
