About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle A2R (Account-to-Report) Consultant with 10-15 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle A2R process design and implementation across AP, Fixed Assets, and GL modules.
- Manage system configuration and data conversion during ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and deliver reporting solutions to provide actionable insights into AP, FA, and GL operations.
- Drive global deployment projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across multiple regions.
- Handle multi-currency transactions and reporting, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Provide consulting expertise, training, and guidance to regional teams during global rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience as an Oracle Finance Consultant with focus on A2R.
- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger modules.
- Proven experience in ERP configuration and data conversion.
- Hands-on experience with global deployments and multi-region rollouts.
- Proficiency in handling multi-currency environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP.
- Exposure to automation tools for AP, FA, and GL.
- Understanding of IFRS/GAAP compliance in multi-currency settings.
- Project management experience in global finance transformation initiatives.
