About the role

The Registered Nurse Circulator at Des Peres Square Surgery Center provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. Responsibilities include positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Qualifications

• Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spine, Total Joints, Urology
• Weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call
• Some later evenings required
