About the role

LensCrafters is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry to operate their private practice alongside an optical dispensary operated by EssilorLuxottica. This position offers complete professional autonomy, flexible scheduling options, and a furnished office equipped with modern technology.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive optometric care and services to patients - Manage your own professional fee schedule and associated patient revenues - Utilize Luxottica's extensive network of stores and resources - Participate in OneSight initiatives to provide vision care to underserved communities

Requirements

- Current license to practice optometry in Iowa - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a busy practice

Qualifications

- Completion of an accredited optometry program - Board certification in optometry
