A well-established private practice in Medford, OR is seeking a full-time or part-time Optometrist to join their growing team. Schedule
Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Enjoy 3-day weekends every week (Saturday–Monday off)
About the Practice
This is a thriving, family-oriented private practice that has been serving the community for over 20 years. With a loyal patient base and continued growth, they are expanding their space to accommodate additional lanes and increased patient demand.
Position Overview
This is a full-scope optometry role seeing patients of all ages, with a strong mix of medical and routine care. Clinical responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnosis and management of ocular disease (glaucoma, diabetic eye care, etc.)
- Dry eye treatment and management
- Myopia control
- Contact lens fittings (including RGPs; minimal scleral lenses)
- Post-operative care (cataract)
You can expect to see approximately 15–20 patients per day, allowing time to deliver high-quality, personalized care.
Technology & Equipment
The practice is equipped with modern technology, including:
- Optos imaging
- OCT
- Fundus photography
- Autorefractor
- Virtual visual field testing

- Open to both experienced ODs and new graduates
- Mentorship and training available for new grads
