MyEyeDr. is seeking a full-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team. MyEyeDr. is a premier healthcare company offering a total vision care concept with a unique retail experience. Responsibilities

The Optometrist (OD) works in a traditional, full‑scope office environment and may require local travel on a same‑day basis within MyEyeDr. regions. The role includes practicing general and medical optometry with a consistent patient base at a comfortable pace, while maintaining high quality of care. Practices are equipped with the latest vision‑care technology and a wide selection of quality eyewear. Using accepted practices and tools, the Optometrist evaluates patients’ vision and health needs, documents findings in patient records, and consults with patients about current status and future requirements. The Optometrist collaborates closely with the office team to provide compassionate, personalized care that ensures each visit is memorable and delivers the best patient experience.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current license in good standing to practice Optometry in the state of employment.
• National Provider Identification (NPI).
• TPA License.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus (all applicants welcome).
• Ability to communicate and exchange information, utilize necessary equipment, and move about the office.

Pay

For locations in the Virginia counties of Arlington, Alexandria City, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas City, Stafford, Fauquier, Clarke, Culpepper, and Spotsylvania, the wage range is $147,000 to $189,000 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses. For all other counties in Virginia, the wage range is $140,000 to $180,000 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses. Compensation is based on full‑time schedule, experience, and office location.
