About the role
The Optometrist (OD) position is performed in a traditional, full-scope office environment and may require local travel, on a same day basis, within MyEyeDr. regions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient's vision and health care needs
- Document findings in patient records
- Consult with patients regarding their individualized vision care needs
- Collaborate with the office team to provide compassionate care
- Ensure personalized, memorable, and best patient experience possible
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution
- Licence in good standing to practice Optometry in the state
- National Provider Identification (NPI)
- TPA License
- Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting (a plus)
