Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Optometrist (OD) to join its growing clinical team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced ophthalmologists in a structured, medically focused environment with strong clinical support and a built-in patient base.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations and provide medical optometry services
  • Diagnose and manage ocular conditions in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, technicians, and clinical staff
  • Maintain efficient patient flow while delivering high-quality patient care
  • Accommodate same-day add-ons and walk-in patients as needed
  • Travel to satellite clinic locations on a structured and scheduled basis
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards and protocols
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Education, Licensure, And Experience

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Texas Optometry license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
