About the role

We are seeking an Optometrist to join our Orange City location. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an MD while providing comprehensive vision and medical eye care to a well-established patient base. Additional full-time opportunities may include select days in our Altamonte Springs location.

Responsibilities

  • Practice full-scope optometry with a balanced mix of routine vision care, medical eye care, and post-operative management.
  • Approximately 60% of patient visits consist of primary care examinations.
  • Access to advanced technology including OCT, Fundus Camera, Autorefractor, Auto Lensometer, Standard Phoropters, Electronic Health Records System.
  • Typically see approximately 26 patients per day, averaging three patients per hour.
  • Work directly alongside an experienced MD while benefiting from a knowledgeable clinical and administrative support team.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree.
