Do what you love - We are looking for a full-time long-term optometrist eager to practice full-scope optometry. As an OD in our practice, you can anticipate providing primary care, some medical care such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts, prescribing ophthalmic medications, and pre- and post-operative surgical care. Start your career - We offer a new grad mentorship program allowing new ODs to begin working before they’re licensed.

Environment

A well-equipped office - Our practices are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments such as optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, visual fields, iCare Tonometry, and digital phoropters or are in the process of being updated with these technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care
• Manage medical care for conditions such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts
• Prescribe ophthalmic medications
• Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
• Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending)
• Excellent clinical skills and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mindset

Schedule

Our offices are open Monday to Saturday and are closed Sunday. The typical schedule is 9-6 with 1 late night per week.
