In addition to offering full-scope optometry services, the practice features one of the largest selections of the latest designer frames and contact lenses.
Opportunity details
- Position: Full-time or part-time optometrist
- Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
- Schedule: Offices open Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday. Typical schedule is 9-6 with 1 late night per week.
- New grads and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply
What you'll do
- Practice full-scope optometry including primary care
- Provide medical care for conditions such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts
- Prescribe ophthalmic medications
- Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care
What you'll need
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
- Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending)
- Team player with excellent clinical skills and attitude who always keeps the patient's best interests in mind
- Ability to be flexible to support a fast-paced environment
Practice environment
Our practices are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments such as optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, visual fields, iCare Tonometry, and digital phoropters or are in the process of being updated with these technologies.
