Optometrist - Full-time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Dubuque, IA (Dubuque, IA)

About the role

Our full-scope, patient-care-forward practice is currently looking for a fantastic new OD to join our team! We use the best and latest technology so you can practice to the highest level of your training.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a wide range of eye care and vision needs in our full-scope practice with an emphasis on medical optometry.
• Focus on providing your best care and practicing to the fullest extent of your license and comfort level.
• Work 1 to 2 Saturdays a month and typically Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the option to work fewer days per week.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
• Valid IA state license to practice optometry (or pending)
• Friendly and outgoing nature
• Interest and passion for learning to use new technology
• Interest in staying with our practice for the long run!

Qualifications

Experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates and 2022 graduates are also welcome.

Schedule

We value work-life balance, so our full-time doctors only work 1 to 2 Saturdays a month! Our typical schedule is Monday-Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4:30 PM. For doctors interested in part-time hours, we are open to any number of days per week, even 1!
